GENERAL
What is the NZ Art Guild?
The NZ Art Guild is an organisation that promotes, supports and provides opportunities and resources to all NZ Artists. It is a place where artists can get support in an otherwise solitary profession by networking with other artists around NZ. Art buyers and collectors can view 1000's of artworks online and purchase direct from the artists. Business can hire or rent original NZ artwork for their premises. For more information see about us

I've used the search function but still can't find a particular artists listing?
There are two search functions on this website. The top search box on the home page will search the whole website. The bottom search box will only search in the online gallery and profiled artists pages. Please remember that the artist you may be looking for may not be listed on our website.

I've already registered on the website but I can't login?
If you have forgotten your password click on the login/register button at the top right of the screen and click I've forgotten my password. This will be emailed out to you.

When I try and register is says this email is already registered. What do I do?

I've already registered on the website. How do I update my contact details?
Click on the login/register button on the top right hand corner. Login then click update details.

ARTISTS
How do I join the NZ Art Guild?
Click on Join on the menu bar at the top of the page, then select which type of membership you would like to apply for - free listing, basic membership, standard membership or premium membership. Fill out the online form and click submit. Your application will be reviewed by management and you will be sent details on how to gain access to the members forum, discounts and other information.

What are the fees for Membership?
Membership subscriptions for are dependent on which membership option you select. Basic membership is $9 per month, Standard membership is $15 per month and Premium membership is $30 per month. For full details select Join on the menu bar at the top of the page.

What do I get as a Member of the NZ Art Guild?
There are numerous benefits to being a member of the NZ Art Guild and they vary depending on the membership you subscribe for. To see full lists click on Join on the menu bar at the top of the page. Read what other members have to say about the NZ Art Guild.

How long does it take for membership applications to be processed?
As soon as you apply and make payment you will become a members. However, management reviews all applications and have the right to decline any applications that don't meet the membership standard. Should that be the case you will be notified within 30 days and a full refund given.

How can I pay my subscriptions?
Subscription payments are made monthly - this can be via credit card using our secure online payment facility (World Pay) or through automatic payment with your bank. Please contact us for further information.

I have already regsitered on the NZ Art Guild website in the past but now I want to become a member. How do I do this?
You will need to login using the top right hang login/register button. You will have created a user name and password when you first registered.
Once you have logged in
1) click "Join" on the menu bar
2) then click on "basic membership" or "standard membership" whichever one you are wanting to subscribe to
3) at the bottom of that page it says"<< Click here to subscribe >> click on that link
4) then click basic membership/standard membership and then you will be able to subscribe using your credit card.

I requested a free listing in the artist directory but I can't find it?
It can take up to a week for your listing to show. When you requested your free listing if we didn't receive the full details of what category you wanted to be listed under then we will have sent you an email requesting more information. I am searching for particular artists/artwork for my gallery/business/home. Can the NZ Art Guild help me? Yes we can. You can either browse through our online art gallery, artist directory, artists profiles or contact management directly. Please send us an email from our Contact Us Page

BUSINESSES
I would like to offer the NZ Art Guild discounts off my products or services, who should I contact?

I have space/business which may be suitable to display NZ Art Guild artwork on a regular, or one-off basis. Would you be interested, and who should I contact? Yes! We would love to hear about the space at your venue, gallery, restaurant, business etc, which might be suitable as a temporary, permanent, exclusive &/or dedicated NZ Art Guild exhibition venue.
