Kumiko Kawamoto - My impetus for creating came from sadness. I have lost the apple of my eye in 1998 and this artwork gave me a chance to know who I am. I often use subdued color against the traditionalism in this field. Have a look considered lighting effect and designing to ensure adequate strength with artisan spirit of Japan.
