ARTIST PROFILE:
Miranda majored in Art at Wellington Teacher's College (1992) and began painting as a career in 2003. She entered 3 awards around that time and was a finalist in each of them. Miranda can easily be described as prolific, having sold over 400 works and her paintings have found their way around the world. In June 09, Miranda appeared on "Tabi Salad", in Japan, which screened to an audience of 8 million viewers. The filming had been done on location at her studio in Whale Bay, Raglan. Miranda sells work directly from her studio and it is best to phone first to ensure she will be home.
