ARTIST PROFILE:
I started my photography career in the beautiful world of floral photography and after numerous years I still have a passion for this art form. Flowers are a great fascination for me as there is always something to photograph. When shooting in close one is able to find another realm in a flower which I find very exciting. Stamen, pollen, colours and pattern take on a new dimension.
I prefer to do most of my photography in camera but with computer technology it can be taken to new levels. The highlight of my career to date would be receiving a Gold Medal from the North Shore National Salon of Photography for the image Agapanthus which is available to purchase at the Art in the Garden Show. I also achieved my LPSNZ from the Photographic Society of New Zealand.
I hope you enjoy perusing my photography as much as I enjoy presenting it.
