Terri Dangen has generously donated this stunning  artwork which will be auctioned on opening night of the NZ Art Guild's exhibition "Out of the Blue".  100% of the proceeds will be donated to the Mental Health Foundation of NZ (MHF) You can help support MHF by coming to the opening night and bidding on this fantastic artwork on the July 2nd 2009 at the Bruce Mason Centre, Takapuna Beach, Auckland.

ARTIST’S BIOGRAPHY
I am a self taught artist who enjoys creating vibrant colored paintings from the native nature around me, I'm strongly influenced by our natural environment of New Zealand, where I focus mostly on flowers, seascapes, landscapes as well as heavily influenced by Native Birds which often feature in my paintings, I enjoy doing a crisp realistic modern style with great attention to detail. Mostly done in bright rich colors but also can lean towards warm brown/fawn colors when the mood takes. I mainly work in Acrylic, Water Color, Pastels, Pencil and Mixed Medium, my paintings have made there way into New Zealand homes and over seas.Over the last year I have started experimenting with Abstracts using texture, mixed medium with intense color.
